Cancellation Policy

Inspired souls fitness & yoga Terms and Conditions: By booking or purchasing any class, block, or package, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Fitness Classes Single Class Purchases: If you purchase a single class and do not attend, or are unable to attend, you will not receive a refund or credit. Class Packages: Packages must be used within the following timeframes: 1, 2, or 3 classes per week: must be used within 7 days from the date of purchase. 4 classes per week: must be used within 10 days from the date of purchase. You may cancel a booked class up to 12 hours before the class start time and your credit will be returned to your account. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the class, or fail to attend, the credit for that class will be lost. You can book into a class up to 1 hour before the class begins. 2. Yoga Classes Yoga classes are sold as block terms (e.g., 5 week block). By registering, you are committing to the full block. Missed sessions within a block are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or credited. 3. General Terms All class purchases are non-refundable, except where cancellation is made by the instructor. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to participate in fitness and yoga classes. Please consult your doctor if you have any health concerns before joining. The instructor reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. By attending classes, you accept responsibility for your own wellbeing and safety during sessions
